Encrypted non-system SED disk can be mounted automatically at boot time. There are two options for that. Both options are available in Disk -->Mount at boot time menu. When the user checks any of the options, the program mounts the SED disk when the computer starts booting the operating system.

  • Mount at boot time using encrypted system SED - this option is available if another SED - on which the operating system is installed - is encrypted as well.
When enabling this option, the user will be asked for the passwords for both encrypted SEDs.
  • Mount at boot time using encrypted system volume - this option is available if the system volume is encrypted.
When enabling this option, you will be asked for the passwords for the encrypted SED and for the system volume.
