The renewals for the licenses purchased through our partner Digital River within our current online shop platform MyCommerce should be renewed within MyCommerce also. You will receive a notification email about the upcoming renewal (both automatic and manual) a few weeks before the expiration (the sender is share-it!). Please read it through carefully and follow the given instructions. In case you haven't received the email, please contact the customer service team firstname.lastname@example.org
