What personal information is collected and processed?
- Information you provide to us
We collect the content and other personal information you provide us when you contact Jetico. Accordingly, we collect your email address, phone number, name and message content for purposes of further correspondence, when you send Jetico requests for technical support or other messages.
- Information we receive from our partners
We use the information, including personal information that Google Developer Console provides us concerning crashes, installations and user feedback for the purposes of improving our products and services.
How your personal information is used?
We will use your personal information to:
- Provide you with services and customer / technical support;
- Respond to your requests, resolve disputes and/or troubleshoot problems;
- Improve the quality of the Application;
- Communicate with you about the Application; and
- Occasionally send offers and information about our products to your email. The data you provide may be used to send newsletters or help organize events.
We may also use your personal information to create anonymous information records by excluding information that makes the information personally identifiable to you.
Sharing the information
Jetico does not sell, rent or lease the collected information or part of it to any third party. Your suggestions concerning improvements of Jetico products may be discussed with other Jetico customers in personal correspondence or in open forums without revealing your identity. We may decide to express publicly our personal gratitude to you after receiving your permission.
Jetico may occasionally, after being authorized directly by you, share your contact information with our business partners who act on our behalf or publish your identity and other agreed information as a business reference.
How do we protect and safeguard your information?
We at Jetico take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or against loss, misuse or alteration by third parties. Inside Jetico, your personal information can be accessed by designated officials and employees with a user ID and a password, and by contractors responsible for technical aspects.
Although we make good faith efforts to store the information collected on the Application in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of that information during its transmission or its storage on our systems. Further, while we attempt to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third-party "hackers" from illegally obtaining access to this information. We do not represent or warrant that your information will be protected against, loss, misuse, or alteration by third parties. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Your access to your personal information
You will have no direct access to the information stored in our server. If you wish to modify or delete your personal information, or want to know what personal information is stored on your behalf, please send us a message. Furthermore, if you no longer wish to receive a particular newsletter or promotional communication, you may opt out of receiving it by following the instructions included in each respective newsletter or communication.
You will receive a reply within 15 working days.
Please note that we do not verify the correctness of personal information. If your personal information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, or delete inaccuracies by making the change within your account settings or by contacting us at email@example.com.
How long is your personal information kept?
Your personal data is stored as long as necessary to provide you the service through our Application, or until it is asked to be deleted by you. We do not maintain any unnecessary personal data about you.
Our application can be uninstalled at any time.
Personal data is processed in accordance with Finnish legislation.
